Jennifer is the owner of Chiro-Help Billing Services located in Red Bluff, CA.  She has been doing insurance billing since 1996.  After 9 years of in-office managerial experience in a chiropractic office, she decided to specialize in chiropractic billing to best focus her skills.

She believes it is crucial to stay updated on changing laws and practices of healthcare billing and HIPPA compliance.  For this reason she attends yearly HJ Ross Insurance Billing seminars and is part of the Ross Network for Chiropractic Billing.  Most group insurances, as well as Medicare, offer webinar and/or phone seminars which she also attends to keep mainstreamed with changing policies.
